Faulty Reasoning is giving a reason which didn't strongly convince another side of their argument. There are 5 types of faulty reasoning: illogical or simplified assumption, circular reasoning , over generalisation, contradiction and biased argument.
Circular reasoning is supporting a claim with the same claim.
Contradiction is providing evidence that goes against the original argument.
Illogical or simplified assumption is making a global statement when there are likely exceptions.
A over generalisation is making a global statement when there are likely exceptions.
A biased argument is making a claim that is influenced by your own personal feelings or experience

We had to try figure out what faulty reasoning that the sentence was using. The second activity we did was where we had to guess what faulty reasoning that a sentence was using. The last and third activity we did was where we had to make a faulty reasoning sentence for the 5 faulty reasoning's.
