Kiwi Sport

During this weeks  touch rugby we practise two and three men settle.

A two men settle is when one person plays dummy-half, and the other person is a runner. The runners is the person who gains the metres for your team. Once the runner gets touched he plants the ball. The dummy-half is the person who passes the ball once one of the runner gets touched he plants the ball.

A three men settle is when the runner gets touched , then the dummy-half passes the ball to the other runner which is the third person.

Learning these skills help know how to gain metres more faster and get to the try line faster.
