Day 2 Activity 3: Miracle on The Hudson

For our third activity we had to read about a Mr Chesley Sullenberger. We read when he did a brave thing, like when he skim across the Hudson river. So we had to write a story or time when our selves or family did something brave. I wrote a story about me being brave. Its when I jumped off a diving board street into a 4.02 metre pool.

  1. Hi Siale, this is Mrs Collins from Manaiakalani and I'll be commenting on blogs over term break. Well done on posting and participating in the SLJ this year. I really like the narrative you shared about being brave... sometimes being brave can be fun too, I'm glad you enjoyed the courage you showed! Keep blogging, and commenting on others, to increase your chance of winning one of the awesome prizes and to keep up your learning over the school break!

  2. Kia Ora Siale,

Looks like you have posted your questions for Russel Westbrook instead of your story about the diving board. I would love to read your story about the time you were brave so I can award you with the full points. When you change your post, comment below so I know then I can come back and read it.

As it is the holiday period many of the Summer Learning Journey team are currently away from work and are spending some time with their friends and family. This means that you would get many encouraging comments over this time. We want you to keep blogging and we will comment on as many of your posts as we can when everyone is back at work!

    Keep the blogging up!

    Blog ya later,

    Dani
