for HIIT we did there actives which were 3 exercises. HIIT stands for High-intensity interval training .
The exercises we did were:
- Pull ups
- Push-up
- Mountain climbers
- Bring sally/squat challenge
How to do a Pull up
So first you need a stick or a bar to pull your self off the ground.
This is a exercise that works on your biceps. There is 2 ways to
do a pull up. First you have to put your legs flat on the floor and
pull yourself up. The second method is you have to put your legs
shaped like a raped and you also pull yourself up .
How to do a Push up
First you put your hands flat on the ground but your arms straight
and your 2 legs of the ground straight and your toes hold your
legs balance. There is another method you can also do, so first
put your feet up in the air and push up and down.
How to do Mountain climbers
First you get yourself into a push up possession and try make
your knees touch your elbow. There is another way to do it,
So you have to stand put your arms in a push up possession again
but your leaning on object and you act like your are running on
the spot.
Bring sally up/squat challenge
We played a song called bring sally up and we did a squat pulse
challenge while the son was playing. So when the singer sings up
we have to go up and if the sing sings down we had to do a squat
but we have to stay in that possession until the next word he says.
